It is recommended to remove your jewelry when:

-Bathing

-Working out

-Swimming in the pool or ocean

-Putting on lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty products

It is highly recommended to clean your jewelry after each wear with:

-Use warm water & mild soap

-Polish chains with a soft cloth

-Store your jewelry properly avoiding them from tangling
