All of our jewelry is carefully made & curated for you!

Therefore all purchases made with us are FINAL SALE.

We are not perfect, we understand that mistakes may occur therefore please reach out to us within 7 days upon receiving your order so we can correct any issues that you may have. We are always making it a priority to make sure you are a happy customer.

We currently do not offer exchanges/returns.

All purchases made at a discounted or sale rate are final sale.

Please ensure that all the information you provide us with is correct. 

 

Shipping

 

Our normal turn around time is 5 business days from purchase to shipment(Not including weekends or holidays). If for some reason we are delayed on getting out your order we will go ahead and contact you.

Customer will receive shipping and tracking information via the email address associated with the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order will be subject to re-shipping charges. 

Please note that once your package is checked in to the post office it is out of our control on what happens to your items. If for unfortunate reasons, your package gets lost, stolen or damaged you will need to contact your local post office to open up a case of a missing package.
