Shipping policy

All of our piezas are hand crafted to order ✨ therefore processing time can be up to 5 business days ( not including weekends & holidays). 

If longer processing times are expected on our end we will go ahead and contact you. 

 

Please help us expedite your shipping and check your shipping address at check out.

We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect shipping address. 

If package is undeliverable and returned to us re-shipping charges will apply.

 

Once your package is received by carrier (USPS) we are no longer responsible for your package. 

Please note that if for unforeseen reasons your package is lost or stolen you will need to contact USPS and start a claim.
